The allowed period of exchange or return is within 3 days.

Delivery fees, online payment commission

We bear the delivery fees to and from the customer and the online payment commission if there is any discrepancy or error contained in the order from us. Otherwise, the customer bears all the added delivery and electronic payment fees.

 

Important Notes :

The product must not be used and returned in its original packaging and condition.

The payment and purchase invoice must be attached to the product.

Products that are modified and customized according to the customer’s request are not refundable or exchangeable.

The online refund process takes 3 to 7 business days
